Dom Thomas-Smith

Dom joined Smyle in 2004 as Event Production Lead and since then has led and scaled Smyle's efforts across project management, creative, design, content and production; leading our teams to deliver hundreds of ambitious and engaging experiences, all over the world, for some of the world's leading brands.  As Managing Director of the agency, Dom aims to lead Smyle's development to become a sustainable, innovative, creative and diverse business and a truly people-focused agency, with culture and creativity at its heart.

Under Dom's leadership, Smyle has been recognised by Campaign as Agency of the Year  in 2021 and Best Places to Work in 2021 and 2022.
