The activation was not solely focused on the overnight stay, the customer journey and experience was end-to-end and every operational element was planned with great thought and intention to replicate a real Hilton stay. Guests were collected from home by a Hilton branded car and driven to Jumeirah Golf Estates. Upon arrival, guests were welcomed by staff with warm towels and a fresh juice provided by the Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah (the Official Tournament Hotel). Once checked in, guests were transported to their Hilton Imperial Dubrovnik replica Room in a dedicated Hilton branded golf kart, with their luggage delivered by the bell boy soon after. Guests also scanned their custom key card to enter the room.

During the stay, staff from the Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah executed an optional turndown service for guests, taking place in the evening guests when were taken to Factory by McGettigan’s at Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah for dinner (inclusive of the experience), and then returned to the course for the night. In the morning, Hilton collaborated with Jumeirah Golf Estates to provide an A La Carte Breakfast menu, delivered to the Room by 8am the following morning ahead of 9am check-out. This all-encompassing Hilton experience showcased a wide range of service elements that you would expect to experience if you were to stay in any Hilton property worldwide.
