So, while many are afraid of the impact AI will have on the workforce and the creative industry, we are confident that humans will always be important to our business. That’s why we set out to put fears to rest and increase strategic AI usage and adoption among our employees worldwide to improve our agency’s overall creativity, output and efficiency. AI Fest: Choose Your Own Adventure was a digital festival that demystified AI and encouraged learning through the power of play and peer-to-peer learning. For 10-days, we engaged employees around the world from every discipline for a virtual learning and collaboration event focused exclusively on GenAI and its numerous usage applications. The program included sessions that put AI in context of specific organizational functions, live demos from our partners introducing their AI products and services, a client panel on insights and trends. With £0 out of pocket costs, AI Fest was a complete success with 96% global participation and a 60% net promoter score. 94% of attendees rated the sessions as very valuable or valuable in inspiring them to experiment with AI. Most importantly, our employees loved it.
