"Exclusive Collection is a privately owned group of hotels and venues with a reputation for putting a contemporary edge into some of England’s classic country house destinations.

Exclusive became the UK’s first B Corp accredited hotel company in October 2021 and is part of a growing group of global companies reinventing business by pursuing purpose over profit. 

Our purpose and impact on the planet and the people we reach is our absolute focus and it permeates every department and person within our hotels. Most significantly, when we became a B Corp, we amended our Articles of Incorporation at Companies House meaning we must show changes, gains, and plans around our business practices in regards to the environment and sustainability, our team, customers and community, as well as driving commercial success. 

 

In the past 12 months we’ve had 5 priorities: 

 REDUCE, REUSE, RECYCLE: a focus on minimising the amount of waste in every department, from bedrooms and meetings spaces, our cookery schools, golf courses and expansive grounds. 

 SUPPLY CHAIN: liaising with our suppliers to reduce packaging and delivery, a focus on biodegradable products and educating our partners on our B Corp certification and stance. 

GIVING BACK TO THE COMMUNITY: supporting the businesses and charities that are local to us.

DIVERSITY, EQUITY & INCLUSION: championing our people and enabling opportunity.
