At every big launch, leading trends in the events industry, experimenting with new technologies and pioneering sustainable techniques. We won the biggest clients, put on the biggest events, and made the most noise. But only because we drilled down on what matters and put our people first. Don’t trust us - trust the numbers. We maintain a 97% employee retention rate. Diversity and creativity go hand in hand, so we’re becoming more diverse, with 30% of staff now identifying as LQBTQAI+, or from an ethnic minority background. And we sent 0% of project waste to landfill last year. There is creative talent everywhere we look - and we look everywhere. Many of our KIT Academy graduates came from University partnerships, but 2022 saw us working with organisations like The Big House, One Room and Make It to develop talent from all walks of life. From idea to execution, we produced everything in-house in our 16,000sqft fabrication unit. 2022 saw us establish three new departments - Immersive, Digital and Interiors. And we’re not finished: last December, we launched a specialist brand experience design and build outfit: Bearded Kitten Studios. Who are we? We’re Bearded Kitten. And we design FUN.
