The conference welcomed over 2,200 global attendees, including partners, media representatives, and industry analysts. Sustainability was seamlessly interwoven throughout the event's fabric, demonstrating HP’s commitment to reducing its environmental footprint while fostering innovation and collaboration. Key initiatives included achieving net-zero carbon emissions through sustainable materials and practices, implementing fully circular print production, and donating surplus food to local organisations. The event also partnered with the Treekly app to encourage attendees to offset carbon by planting trees based on their step count. Additionally, we conducted a full accessibility audit and supported on the HP Amplify Impact Program, which helped partners improve their sustainability performance. This provided partners with access to HP's resources, training, and knowledge. Beyond sustainability, the conference featured immersive experiences such as the Innovation Showcase, highlighting HP’s latest advancements, and interactive sessions on AI and technology trends. As a Certified B Corporation, we put holistic sustainability at the core of our planning process, running workshops during the planning stages with our partners and our in-house sustainability team to focus on Sustainable Experience Design.
