In 2024 we continued to bring brands and consumers together in unforgettable ways to solve real business challenges. We made wishes come true with Verizon, we used AI to see what the taste of Coke Spiced looks like, we gave baseball fans a way to get more balls with GEICO, we brought dementia to Fortnite and dogs to MLS stadiums with Purina, we turned Miami Art Week into a playdate with American Express and we made B2B work more human. At live events and in virtual worlds and every space in between, we helped some of the world’s biggest brands connect with consumers in unique ways that are meaningful to both.

We are united in the belief that “It’s Not What Brands Say, It’s What Brands Do That Matters.” Connecting with fans in meaningful ways is essential for brands. However, taking action should not be the ultimate goal—it's important to make every effort truly matter. Make It Matter (MIM) began as a Sustainability goal (recently achieving our 3rd consecutive ISO certification, passing the ISO 20121 and 14001 audits to the globally recognized standards for environmental best practice) and evolved to encompass two additional verticals equally critical to agency success: DEIBA and Wellness. Our work is celebrated by the creative industry at large, winning 23 prestigious awards in 2024 with Purina Club alone receiving 7x Clio Sports awards! We also had success with newer shows that reflect our cultural direction, like a Grand Prize at the ANA Multicultural Excellence Awards.
