For Sabrina Carpenter’s Short N’ Sweet Tour, Cash App created and led an immersive fan activation designed to bring the tour experience beyond the concert venue. In partnership with Inkling, we conceptualized the Short N’ Sweet Cafes, transforming women- and minority-owned Square seller coffee shops into exclusive pop-up experiences that gave fans a way to connect with the tour—even if they didn’t have a ticket.

Each café featured Carpenter-inspired drinks, exclusive merchandise, and interactive moments, while Cash App Visa Card cardholders enjoyed 30% off the menu and tour merch, reinforcing brand engagement. Fans lined up for hours, eager to participate in the experience. To maximize reach, VIP preview events in each city invited influencers and celebrities, generating social content that fueled anticipation and online buzz. With 7,500+ attendees and 483 million UVM impressions, the activation successfully merged real-world and digital engagement. By partnering with local Square sellers, Cash App amplified small businesses while reinforcing its commitment to economic empowerment. The activation traveled across key tour stops, ensuring a hyper-local impact in each city. Ultimately, Cash App’s Short N’ Sweet Cafes set a new standard for music-based brand activations, offering fans an unforgettable experience while strengthening brand loyalty and visibility.
