Brand experience agency Seen Presents celebrated their third year of trading, exceeding targets thanks to the exceptional teamwork of its diverse project, production and creative crew, led by a 100% female leadership team.

With a 79% female team, we executed a full company rebrand, retained existing clients, and secured eight new ones—including high-profile names such as Reddit, adidas, TBWA, McDonald’s, and Volvo—with our unique proposition, “Making the intangible, tangible,” closing the year with 15 active clients. A major highlight was winning TikTok’s largest calendar event, TikTok LIVE, in a competitive six-way pitch against various industry giants. These efforts drove nearly 70% growth in turnover, with notable projects across 9 countries, from Netflix at Cannes Lions and Volvo’s EX30 launch to McDonald’s iconic “Best Burger” campaign. In 2024, we expanded our dynamic team to 32 members, strategically creating 9 new roles, including 2 female Associate Creative Directors and our first strategy hire, to enhance our creative capabilities and offerings. Through the expansion of the marketing team, we boosted our industry visibility, securing over 30 press mentions for over 11 members of the team, 7 speaking opportunities at major events, and our first podcast appearances. While the figures are impressive, what truly stands out is the happy, motivated, and varied team we’ve built over 3 years. Their talent and diligence consistently earn praise from clients and suppliers alike. It’s the team that defines Seen Presents, and their hard work ensures our success will only continue to grow.
