2024 has been our most transformative year yet. We executed a full company rebrand, retained our existing clients, and, with our new, unique proposition of “Making the intangible, tangible,” secured 8 new brands—including high-profile names such as Reddit, adidas, TBWA, McDonald’s, and MediaLink—closing the year with 15 active clients. A major highlight was winning TikTok’s largest calendar event through a highly competitive six-way pitch. Our efforts have driven nearly 70% growth in turnover, with notable projects across 9 countries, from Netflix at Cannes Lions and Volvo’s EX30 launch to McDonald’s iconic “Best Burger” campaign. In 2023, we wrapped up the year with a team of 24 staff, and by the close of 2024, we will have grown to 32—a number that will continue to rise as we plan further expansion into 2025. This growth has enhanced our creative capabilities, allowing us to push boundaries and deliver innovative concepts. We also introduced a new Content and Broadcast offering, blending physical, live experiences with powerful digital and hybrid storytelling. Driven by a 79% female team, with 100% female leadership, we are a united team of specialists, with diverse skills, who collaborate across the agency at every stage, producing unforgettable, creative experiences for our clients.
