2023 saw our growth trajectory continue powerfully, with a 58.6% increase in turnover and 41% gross profit increase. New client partners included Cointreau, Asda, eBay, FIBA, Prime, Sky, Selfridges and Chivas Regal. Impactful change went to the next level in July 2023 when XYZ was acquired by full-service cultural marketing agency 160/90, owned by entertainment titan Endeavor. This development means that final calculations for the year's net profit are difficult to define outside of our new home. Our team comprises 33 staff across creative, client services and production teams, with a retention rate of 90% for the second year running. Our continued efforts in making XYZ an inclusive environment are working, with an increase of the team being from black and ethnic minority groups to 47%, and a 55% female senior creative team. We're delighted to have ranked 16th in Campaign's Best Places to Work, thanks in part to an increased employee NPS score of 9.8/10 (up from 9/10 in 2022), which is testament to our continued commitment to flexible working and prioritising personal development and workplace wellness.
